I, Miss Reney, can now classify herself as a Domesticated Goddess and I aint proud of it my friends, aint proud of it one iota.

As much as I have enjoyed looking after my mum I do not like housework, I do not like cooking, I do not like washing up, I do not like taking the garbage out, I do not like cleaning up after people, I do not like any of it.  Having said that I am not a slob, in fact I like a clean tidy home but I hate the whole “procedure”.  Man, its just hard work and I found it so bloody tedious.  Come on Ma get better quickly as I am not handling this domesticated bullshit!  To make matters even worse I now have dishpan hands, gone are my lovely soft hands.

I cleaned my parents kitchen from top to bottom and sat back admiring my work when my Ba got up and made a mess whilst he made his evening coffee, cut to me going off my tits at him for messing my kitchen up.  Holy guacamole Batman! I’m turning into my mother.  ARGH!!!

Tonight Domesticated Goddess Novice Chef made a vegetarian stir-fry and I think it looked nicer than what it tasted like.  My Ba, God bless his little cotton jocks ohhhed and ahhed and went for a second helping but I am pretty darn sure that he only did that as to not discourage me.  I feel like Alice from  The Brady Bunch!

Its now just after 11pm and you know what’s sad?  Well let me tell you, I have been on the go since 6am, I had to endure a long day at work, I had to play the Domesticated Goddess and now I have to iron as I have run out of clothes to wear and I’m ohhh so tired.  I would rather be out with friends sipping coffee and talking the talk but instead I have to continue with domesticity.  I’m oh so close to tears.

With that my iron is hissing at me and I assume that this means its ready to go.
